Worship Resources
In these unsettling and fast-changing times, we are committed to being the church - a community that seeks to care for one another, pray with each other and worship together. While physical restrictions are in place there is still much we can do. Each Sunday we are providing an audio-only service for both St Andrew's and Wallington United Reformed Churches, so that people can share in worship together. This will be available from 10.30 on the Sunday morning, but will then remain available via the church websites. We hope that people will be able to join in at the same time, starting at 10.30 each Sunday, thereby building that sense of gathering together while we remain apart. Our Minister, Craig Bowman, has prepared a simple model for daily prayer that we hope as many folk as possible will choose to use. The United Reformed Church publishes a daily devotion which arrives by email each morning and includes a Bible reading, reflection and prayer from a wide variety of people across the URC. A weekly service has now also been introduced which goes out on a Sunday. These can be found at Daily Devotions A list of United Reformed Churches offering some digital content can be found at Worshipping Digitally |
